David Blyth

David has over 40 years' experience in the Mental Health Assessment and Recovery Based Counselling for teenagers, young adults, adults and the elderly focusing on their resourcefulness to live with and recover from a wide range of mental and physical health conditions. David's careful approach to mental health assessment and treatment is focused on successful and sustained recovery.

Jamie Perrett

With more than 18 years of experience in the mental health field, Jamie specialises in working with adults of all ages who experience a range of mental health conditions. She is particularly passionate about supporting women experiencing challenges in their personal or professional lives. She has extensive experience in mental health assessment, recovery-focused care and treatment. Jamie is a compassionate and empathetic counsellor who firmly believes in each individual's capacity to lead a meaningful life.
